Green Plast Limited Liability Company was established in 2018. In a short time, the company has become one of the leaders in the production of polyethylene in Azerbaijan. Our annual output is 7,000 tons of assortment used in agriculture and industry. Given the development of the production of plastic packaging, our company is constantly improving to meet the needs and expectations of its customers.

By investing in this area, we have set ourselves the goal of creating innovation. Greenhouse coverings, which play an important role in agriculture, have different compositions depending on the region and weather conditions. Products manufactured by us are 5 times stable, with a service life of 12, 24.36 and 60 months.

Production of greenhouse coverings

We have an extensive fleet of equipment for the manufacture of polyethylene products of any size from 100 cm to 12 meters. All developing technological processes are carefully monitored by our dynamic working group and are applied at different stages of production. Due to the fact that the Italian equipment Bandera has innovative technologies, the produced polyethylene products are of high quality. The manufactured product lifted to a height of 34 meters and is controlled by a robot.

The whole process is automated. Equipment, depending on the thickness of the product, is capable of producing 800-1300 kg in 1 hour. Production is possible with a thickness of 50 microns to 260 microns. Equipment can produce products from 3 to 12 m wide. Products made by the robot are wound in a JAMBO roll, sent to packaging equipment, where cutting is performed according to size.
